Motivating your People
Learn what it takes to be a more inspiring and motivating leader
The primary responsibility for motivating and inspiring others lies with their leaders. Motivational Speakers and Trainers can help to "ginger" your team members to perform, but on a long-term and sustainable basis, it is your responsibility as a supervisor to drive motivation. In this course, you will learn the skills for being a more motivating leader, practice with some scenarios and take an assessment at the end to help you measure how much you have learned. The workshop also comes with a learner's workbook, and a SMART Commitment sheet as well as a collection of Job Aids on "Supervisory Skills" that will help you in this and other areas of your leadership
